Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files, documents, and records
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, both within and outside the organization
- Extensive secretarial/administrative support including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments
- Involve in companies' project plans & campaigns.
- In charge of Director's social media content and management of social media accounts
- All other Ad hoc assigned by Director
Requirements
- Diploma & Above
- Photography, Videography and Editing skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Good and strong interpersonal skills
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Good time management & proactive approach to problem solving
- Work well with others
- Ability to multitask and good in organization skills
