RECRUITMENT MANAGER / SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ( JURONG EAST ) - Singaporeans only

Job Description:
· Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
· Understand job descriptions & shortlist / attract quality candidates
· Engage in active sourcing / headhunting to proactively source for suitable talent / candidates
· Conduct candidate interviews and manage the candidate/client interviews to ensure full service is provided to clients and candidates
· Work collaboratively with team to achieve sales target
Requirements:
· CEI certification
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client partnership, candidate attraction, sourcing, interviewing and placement of candidates
· Strong recruitment experience across different industries
· Excellent influential communications & leadership skills
· Be business minded and strategic to achieve personal and team goals and proactively monitor activities against results
· Passionate, ambitious, resilient and driven to succeed
· Possess a real desire for an accelerated and rewarding career
Salary : $8,000 to $10,000 per month including commission
