- Oversee all accounts, human resource and administrative matters of the company.
- Prepare and Handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, reconciliation of bank statements, etc.
- Review quarterly and yearly balance sheet, Profit & Loss and cash flow reports.
- Liaise with company secretary, banker, accountant, tax agency and relevant authorities.
- Manage payroll and taxation matters.
- Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matter
- Liaise and deal with company other operation suppliers, such as legal, office, HR agency, etc.
- Assist to verifying Supplier Tax Invoice
- Process Claims and monthly reimbursements
- Handle day-to day HR function
- Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A - Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
- Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
- Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)

- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in related field - either Finance/Accountancy/Banking OR HR generalist role
- Preferably available immediately or short notice
- Able to work in fast-pace environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and good time management
- Good communications skill in both writing and oral
- Meticulous and well organized
