Our client is a one of the leading players in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Operations Executive to be part of their Operations team to support their business needs. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Job Description Logistics Operations Executive:
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for effective route scheduling and order processing.
- Meet performance targets for despatch operations, including punctual deliveries and minimizing complaints.
- Become proficient in the Transport Management System (TMS) and address inquiries regarding the system.
- Assist in fulfilling delivery needs for stores and warehouse operations.
- Strategize and execute daily tasks with a focus on efficiency, aiming for high productivity and precision.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics
- At least 1 years of transport/ logistics experience in B2C business
- Proficient in MS office (especially Excel)
- Comfortable with rotating shift
