Job Responsibilities:
- Support the operational and administrative aspects of Learning & Development initiatives and programmes
- Implement learning plans and monitor the utilization of training and budget
- Support the learning management system
- Support the collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Generate learning & development reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and independent worker
- A strong team player with excellent time management
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Able to start immediately
