Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' success by managing client relationships, providing project management support for website development and EDM campaigns, assisting in market research, campaign management, content production, budgeting, timeline management, scoping of projects, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Management Support:

  • Shadow an Account Manager or Director to gain experience in managing client relationships.
  • Learn and eventually lead conversations with clients to deliver on briefs and campaigns.
  • Assist in liaising with clients on WIPs, meetings, reporting, requirements gathering and general client relationship management.

2. Project Management Support for Website Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for website development projects.
  • Coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Project Management Support for EDM Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of EDM campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Create reports and summaries for clients on EDM campaign results.

4. Budgeting:

  • Collaborate with clients to establish project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Provide regular budget reports and updates to clients and internal teams.

5. Timeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines for all assigned campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure that projects stay on schedule and meet client deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues in project timelines.

6. Scoping of Projects:

  • Work with clients to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Clearly outline project deliverables, goals, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project scopes are feasible and align with client expectations.
  • You will shadow and AM/Director at the start to learn the process before doing it independently.

7. Market & Consumer Research:

  • Collaborate with senior leads to develop consumer and brand research.
  • Assist in the creation of creative ideas, messaging strategies, campaign planning, and user journey mapping.

8. Campaign Management and Strategy Support:

  • Work closely with the Account Manager/Director to oversee campaign life-cycles
  • Contribute to media plan/editorial approach development for clients.
  • Plan, monitor, and assist in implementing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Generate regular weekly/monthly reports for clients.
  • Maintain communication with media, tech, creative, and senior leads regarding client briefs and updates.

9. Content & Creative Production Support:

  • Actively participate in content strategy and art direction brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute content and creative strategies.
  • Create and validate content calendars, mockups, and final creatives with clients.
  • Produce regular (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and ad-hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, organise meetings, and ensure project components are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A passion for digital advertising and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
