Summary: You will focus on partnering with the Sales Managers to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales process. You’ll are responsible for presenting and demonstrating our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of strong RFx’s, contextualized demos and powerful POCs.
- Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture pre and post sales process
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct workshops, business reviews, offer coaching and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap internally.
- Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals.
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
- Coach customers to be product experts and enable their teams on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.
- Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.
