Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to optimize space utilization and minimize discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of all warehouse activities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety training sessions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Forklift License: A valid forklift license is mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires physical strength and endurance. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.
