Responsibilities
- Manage Business Unit operations: assists and oversees the day-to-day operations of various Divisions in the Business Unit to ensure that they meet their performance targets. This includes:
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company goals/policies.
- Budgeting, purchasing, and ensuring efficient workflows to maximize productivity and performance.
- Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Manage project operations: The Ops Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the projects in the Divisions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes:
- Support the preparation of project budgets.
- Maintain/monitor the project financials such as budgets and expenses.
- Support project procurement activities.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related area.
- Prior experience as an Ops Coordinator or a similar role is advantageous.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented individual.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle multi workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment
