Responsibilities

  • Manage Business Unit operations: assists and oversees the day-to-day operations of various Divisions in the Business Unit to ensure that they meet their performance targets. This includes:
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company goals/policies.
  • Budgeting, purchasing, and ensuring efficient workflows to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Manage project operations: The Ops Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the projects in the Divisions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes:
  • Support the preparation of project budgets.
  • Maintain/monitor the project financials such as budgets and expenses.
  • Support project procurement activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related area.
  • Prior experience as an Ops Coordinator or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented individual.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multi workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • 5 day week @ AMK area
