Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Business Partner to be part of their Human Resource team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Working hours: 5 days per week
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am - 6pm

Job Scope:
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and business continuity plans.
- Identify and address gaps and incidents promptly.
- Manage and govern activities at the outsourced contact center.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the vendor to review performance and address identified gaps
- Handle escalated feedback and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Warehouse environments.
