Orchestrating Seamless Fiat-to-Crypto Payment Integration
Responsibilities:
- Define and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with teams on usability and user interface design.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Assess and prioritize solution risks and business demands.
- Build client relationships and ensure accurate project delivery.
- Identify operational gaps and propose action plans.
- Mitigate project risks and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Foster a high-performance work culture.
- Monitor team KPIs and engage with business users for solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years' project management experience.
- Project experiences in Fiat to Crypto payment integration is required
- Ability to lead projects independently with internal teams.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for business communication.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
