Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team in identifying, qualification and development of new and key account opportunities. Represent and lead the firm with a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction in complex, rapidly-changing environment.
- Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Engage with leadership on development of services keeping up with latest developments and leading practices in the finance technology space.
- Program Delivery: Work closely with clients on assessing their current finance related strategy, process, system and operation challenges, identifying opportunities for optimisation of processes, implementation of best practices and technology enablers
- Digital & Technology: Assisting clients to align processes with digital and technology enablers, implementation or configuration of solutions. This could include ERP systems, finance eco-system technologies, robotic process automation, data analytics platform and other emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key client stakeholders to ensure the overall strategy, process and technology requirements are identified and align with program objectives.
- Teaming: Managing teams and supporting their professional development.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in related discipline (Accounting & Finance, Risk Management, Business related) with minimally 6 years experience.
- Experience internal auditors / process and controls specialist is an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task and experience in managing a portfolio of projects.
- Highly motivated, possess good level of enthusiasm and ability to work independently.
- Willing to expand your horizon, with travels regionally where the work require.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders via traditional and interactive methods.
