Responsibilities:
• Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
• Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken
• Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required
• Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Customers
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
• Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
• Be familiar with the menu
• Ensure compliance with established service standards.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
Salary Range: $2,300 - $2,700 (Depends on experiences)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days ; 11 AM to 22 PM (including 1 hour break time)
Benefits: Variable Bonus ; 3 meals provided
