Job Description
As a Data Scientist, you are responsible for:
- Develop and apply machine learning models, employing techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and both supervised and unsupervised learning, to address intricate business challenges.
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights from extensive datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend business requirements and transform them into data-driven solutions.
- Work alongside citizen data scientists, empowering them to harness data and construct models tailored to their business problems.
- Enforce governance measures to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data, while staying abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
The Successful Applicant
Suitable applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years of data science experience. Proficiency in Scikit-learn, Python, PySpark, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense) is required. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with GenAI solutions are essential.
