Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, support and maintenance of industrial machines
- Design electronic schematics for new products / upgrade of existing products according to specifications and oversee PCB layout
- Select and evaluate suitable components for use in products
- Perform risk assessments, EMC tests to ensure that products fulfill CE requirements
- Create and update documents, connection diagrams and BOMs
- Development of PCA test strategy from the PCA factory to top level factory
- Provide technical support and trainings to peers for products within own area of expertise
- Lead the department in regulatory issues covering EMC and machinery safety (Training will be provided
- Able to conduct design reviews before an international audience
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Experience in motion control with servo, stepper, AC and DC motors
