1. Manage and execute all aspects of trade settlement including but not limited to cargo pricing confirmation with counterparties (Sales and Purchase), data posting from CTRM trading system to SAP accounting system and invoice preparation to customers
2. Inventory reconciliation between CTRM trading system and SAP accounting system
3. Liaise with operations/mid office for trade/shipment information
4. Review trade contracts and handle trade settlement (e.g. ensure invoices are processed for payment promptly, and as per trade contract term)
5. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate superior
6. Continuously improve the system and business processes
