Key Responsibilities:
- Timely vendor invoice processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
- Conduct regular line audits, collaborate for data accuracy, and Implement process improvements.
- Receive and resolve service requests and ensure prompt fulfillment with stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for user issues, investigate and resolve concerns promptly, and escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Analyze processes for improvement, propose recommendations, and assist in project-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business,or related field.
- Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
