Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and paperwork
  • Assist in corporate administrative matters such as preparing, compiling, and dissemination of meeting minutes and reports
  • Assist to handle and ensure proper documentation of tenders and contracts
  • Assist in Safe Management Measures work rostering, monitoring and enforcement
  • Assist in Facilities related matters
  • Assist in reviewing and improving business processes
  • Assist in employee development related matters
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Must be digital/ IT savvy
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, able to work independently, and has quick learning ability
  • Have problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Flexible and able to take on new roles and responsibilities as required, and willing to learn
  • 35 years and below preferred
