Responsibilities:
- General office administration and paperwork
- Assist in corporate administrative matters such as preparing, compiling, and dissemination of meeting minutes and reports
- Assist to handle and ensure proper documentation of tenders and contracts
- Assist in Safe Management Measures work rostering, monitoring and enforcement
- Assist in Facilities related matters
- Assist in reviewing and improving business processes
- Assist in employee development related matters
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good team player
- Must be digital/ IT savvy
- Positive attitude, meticulous, able to work independently, and has quick learning ability
- Have problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Flexible and able to take on new roles and responsibilities as required, and willing to learn
- 35 years and below preferred
