Job Scope:
- Grow the social media community organically - NOT bought or rented list
- Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Implement a multi-channel marketing strategy
- Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)
- Create and execute highly-engaging, cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns ( design, call to action and content)
- Identify and reach out to influencers to share and engage in a meaningful way (ambassadors program)
- Produce, curate and/or manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content
- Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline
- Simple research work
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Familiar with Facebook & Instagram marketing. Knows how to use email marketing tools (eDM) such as Mailchimp. Preferably with a good understanding of the F&B industry
- Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Graphic design skills will be a bonus
- Photography skills will be a bonus
