We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties
- Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
- Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
- Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
- Perform general administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
