Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Administration/Employee Data Management matters
- Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
- Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation)
- Data management of leave and claims in HRIS
- Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities
- Childcare leave claim submission and tracking
- Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)
- Handle and resolve employee queries
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Education – Diploma/degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience – 1 year of experience in similar field
- Language – English required, and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with China and Taiwan counterparts)
- Computing – Advanced MS Office
- Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of labour law (MOM)
