Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules to meet customer demands while considering resource constraints, equipment availability, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels, order raw materials, and components as needed to support production schedules, while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to assess capacity and identify bottlenecks, adjusting production plans accordingly.
- Liaise with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the production planning process.
- Generate regular reports on production performance, including adherence to schedules, inventory levels, and any issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in production planning in electronics manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP is advantageous
