The Senior Health Services Manager cum Therapist (“SHSMT”) shall be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the systems and processes of the mental health and addictions rehabilitation services of the Company, and assisting the Director of the Company in the programme development and delivery of therapeutic services, including provision of direct one-to-one therapy sessions.
The desired candidate shall be expected to have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Post graduate qualification in healthcare management
- Certification in addicitions management training
- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare and addictions management
