Psychologist
The successful applicant will assist in providing psychological services in the areas if psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and training, within multidisciplinary settings to adolescents and adults.
Job Responsibilities
· To provide individual and group psychotherapy and counselling to patients, to conduct psychological assessments, and write assessment reports in a timely fashion.
· To provide psychological education and services to hospital staff and the public; plan and conduct training sessions in formats such as talks, workshops, and forums.
· To participate or assist in conducting research and clinical evaluation projects, for example database management.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral of Psychology, with specialization in Clinical or Health Psychology, from an accredited university.
- Registered with or be eligible for a valid registration with a recognised psychological professional body, such as APA, APS, or BPS.
- For the position of Senior Psychologist, at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Dynamic, resourceful, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
