Build strong relationships with internal & external strakeholders to understand & map how the company uses data Responsible for the technical development & management of data engineering (Data Governance & Management). Expand data governance framework & processes globally ensuring how data integrity/quality is being governed. Respond to any data breaches with the data team and be responsible for the technical aspect - identifying & fixing the breach Build a strategy to work toward a single source of truth for single data access Build out new data management & architecture strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders Deep partnership approach with technology & business stakeholders and ensure the data strategy aligns with business strategy creating impactful business value Onboard, train and partner with data stewards & data custodians creating a culture of accountability, data literacy & education across all functions
