The Role The role involves creating and executing comprehensive learning strategies and programs. This includes assessing organizational development needs, implementing targeted learning interventions, and evaluating the success of these initiatives. The efficiency of training programs and instructor performance is continually assessed, with recommendations made for improvement. Additionally, the position drives the implementation of strategies, policies, and processes to fortify the organizational learning culture. Integral to the role is the management of internal training courses, integrating them with external technical and professional courses from external training firms and vendors. Collaborating with the HR team, the individual identifies business needs and optimizes learning and talent development programs, frameworks, and best practices to support individual and team success. Your Profile You should have a Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in training and career development.
