Summary The team practices agile, and the role is expected to be a hands-on senior single contributor, able to 'triple-up' as PM, BA, and PMO - i.e. independently driving delivery of projects while interfacing between Tech & Business, gathering of business requirements, and even the projects' budget/forecasting costs/risk of these projects. Strong technical background, with knowledge of banking system, data analysis and technology implementation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional team to achieve project objectives.
