About the Role You will be part of the Compelling Proposition Solutions agile team, and responsible to manage and ensure successful delivery of product launches (including fund launches/changes & maildrop) by working closely with the key stakeholders and in accordance to agreed priorities. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Facilitate Agile ceremonies/meetings. Manage and ensure successful delivery of product launches in accordance to the agreed Product Development Committee (PDC) priorities. Monitor and maintain implementation plans of all product projects undertaken by the Compelling Proposition Solutions Tribe. Negotiate resources, timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders, for both Day 1 and Day 2. Ensure smooth operational implementation of new product deliveries. Report potential obstacles and risks associated with product deliveries back to PDC. Support Core Solutions Team Lead with Plain English project on policy contract wordings for Shield & other Life products. This includes liaising with third party vendors & internal stakeholders for policy wordings review and customer communications, planning & implementing the Plain English roll-out plan, and monitoring of the project success to update the Project SteerCo. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE: Experience in Delivery Management or Project Management using Agile delivery. Candidate with 4 - 5 years of experience preferably in the Life Insurance industry, with knowledge in insurance operation and process transformation in system areas are preferred. Good influencing and relationship building skills at all levels from delivery teams to senior leadership. Good communication and presentation skills, able to articulate ideas and concepts into easy to digest information. Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn.
