About our client Our client is a highly reputable global private equity fund based in Singapore that invests in buy outs and growth capital. They are growing their investor relations team and are looking to bring on board an IR Coordinator into their incredibly successful team. Here this person will work very closely with the head of IR Asia and provide all logistics, admin support as well as carrying out investor relations duties. What the job involves This is a role that involves both logistics, coordination and support work. Assist the Head of Asia IR with all diary management such as scheduling and arrangement of meetings, booking meeting venues, travel logistics and coordination Roadshow planning and coordination work Preparation of meeting materials Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree required from top universities Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Incredibly detail orientated and organised, must be able to multi-task Quick learner with ability to quickly turn around ad-hoc requests and meet deadlines Keen to build a long term career in Investor Relations Only Singaporean citizens or Singapore permanent residents will be considered Save role Log in to apply
