The Company Our client, a mid-sized financial institution, is currently seeking to fill a newly Operations Analyst reporting to the Operations Director. Being a lean platform, they are looking to hire a hands-on, proactive, nimble and passionate Operations Analyst to provide operations support as their business continue to grow. The Role You will be reporting to the Operations Director and be responsible for providing operations support which include daily cash and position reconciliation, providing fund accounting services on funds that include preparation of NAV, cash and position reconciliation, settlement of trades, day to day system operations and daily risk reports generation to portfolio managers and senior management, participate in process optimization initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects. Your Profile To excel in this role, they are seeking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 3 years plus of relevant experience, preferably gained in a financial institution sector (banking, PE firm or fund management). You should also have a sound grasp of fund operation processes. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL will be highly regarded and considered a significant advantage. Furthermore, your success in this position will be enhanced by your strong interpersonal skills, which will enable you to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team dispersed across various locations.
