Responsibilities: Responsible for review of well-being, benefits, leave and group insurance offerings for a global workforce of close to 1000 employees Conduct benchmarking exercises for benefits and insurance programmes to ensure regulatory compliance, market competitiveness and relevance to employee needs Manage relationships with external vendors for benefits services Drive system change requests arising from regulatory and/or benefits reviews Partner with various internal stakeholders and external vendors for successful implementation of benefits programme, projects, processes and controls Manage relationship with Global Travel Agent and relevant internal stakeholders to drive service excellence and cost efficiency Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects within Benefits team to redesign and streamline processes Manage benefits related enquires from employees Support benefits administration for C-Suite employees Manage adhoc projects as required. Requirements: Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent At least 5 years of in-house experience in benefits strategy, well-being programme development and design and administration of benefits Proven track record of conducting benchmarking exercises and delivering benefits initiatives Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members Possess effective EQ and communication skills to manage expectations and timelines amongst the various stakeholders with diverse backgrounds Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in SuccessFactors will be an advantage
