- Oversee the achievement of monthly budgeted Service Turnover and operating profit by managing daily car intake and operating expenses.
- Guarantee the quality of service and repair work performed daily by the team through regular monthly audits.
- Maintain workshop efficiency, productivity, and staff utilization by monitoring daily time analysis reports.
- Lead recruitment efforts and foster the development of staff's best practices under your supervision.
- Evaluate the degree of efficiency, productivity, Utilization, Service Sales Turnover, and Customer Service Index monthly by analyzing Time Analysis Reports, Management Reports, and Voice Reports.
- Develop key staff through training, coaching, and mentoring to improve their competencies and performance.
- Conduct monthly meetings with key personnel to share and provide feedback on key results for corrective action and process improvement.
- Ensure sufficient intake of cars for servicing and repairs to maximize work bay utilization and meet service projection goals.
- Assess the impact of efficiency, workshop output, and technician productivity monthly by evaluating time and efficiency analyses.
- Uphold the set benchmark for Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in handing Service operation and technical analysis for continental Cars
- Able to analyze business situation from data & reports to meet service projection.
