We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed partner marketing professional to join the team and be an active player in our larger marketing team at ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and working directly with key Partner leaders, Alliances and Channel management, global and regional campaign teams, and ServiceNow business Units to develop joint marketing plans - encompassing market awareness and demand generation programs designed to meet revenue targets. Integrated program development, relationship management skills, adaptability and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success.
Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with ServiceNow Account Directors and directly with Partners to understand the demands of their business, gathering insight and translating these business needs into the wider marketing plan.
- Build and execute joint-marketing plans and programs with partners, that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue
- Localise and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns in region.
- Drive effective global- regional partner marketing and field marketing interlock to enable successful regional activation.
- Measure key metrics and KPIs to ensure goals, objectives and deliverables are met.
- Manage local marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
- Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience and results.
