Role Description
You own all Propseller marketing efforts to gain mass adoption and drive exponential growth.
Orchestrating key marketing levers, you will build a distinctive brand loved by clients, supported by a full-funnel client acquisition machine. You will launch the largest real estate campaign that Singapore has ever seen. The goal: become the #1 brand in residential Real Estate in our markets.
To achieve this, you will hire, train and grow your team, building a world-class marketing organization admired by your peers.
As a member of the Executive team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Propseller’s strategy to become the end-to-end real estate transaction platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand-building: Build the #1 Real Estate transaction brand, and position it as the top-of-mind, consumer-favourite brand for property owners and seekers in all markets we operate in;
- Team leadership: Structure, hire and lead a world-class team; manage the full scope of marketing activities;
- Strategy: Contribute to shaping Propseller’s strategic vision and translating it into an ambitious and groundbreaking marketing plan;
- Ownership: Own strategy and execution for all marketing channels, online and offline;
- Flywheels: Build flywheels around key consumer touchpoints such as client referrals, viewings and video content to ramp up organic client acquisition;
- Performance management: Build scalable and repeatable marketing processes to ensure consistently excellent performance;
- Consumer voice: Keep consumers at the core of everything we do through a comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of the needs, pain points, and aspirations of property owners and seekers;
- New launches: Enable the launch of new services, and verticals through in-depth consumer research as well as planning and executing marketing launch plans;
- International: Lead marketing for international expansion countries through both centralized and local teams;
Ideal Candidate
This role is for you if you are a consumer-obsessed master of the art and science of marketing.
You are a people leader and a brand builder with an exceptional ability to orchestrate all the marketing levers of a sophisticated client acquisition machine.
You have managed a marketing team with a stellar track record and have been a key player in building a leading consumer brand.
You are now looking for the next step in your career in which you will drive mass adoption of a service that will revolutionize the largest consumer category of all to the benefit of consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university;
- Experience in growth, performance and/or brand marketing roles, including a minimum 4 years leading teams in start-ups, fast-growing consumer brands, or agencies;
- Experience building or growing a leading consumer brand;
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing marketing teams;
- Demonstrated success in building complex marketing funnels;
- Between the analytical "Quant" and creative "Storyteller" marketer, you can be one on Monday and the other on Tuesday;
- Hands-on with high ownership: you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed to get things done fast, and well.
