Responsibilities:
✅Oversee tender works including planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk & issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers/subcons for finalization.
✅Review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
✅Prepare presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
✅Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
✅Support projects in the technical area, project strategy and cost control.
✅Develop internal training to enhance internal capability.
✅Assist civil project including technical advice & project strategy, project cost, Processes and Workflow.
✅Improve QA and Control, Materials Sourcing & Procurement, and Training Plan.
✅Assist Project Manager for planning, site management, budget control, safety & risk management
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 10 years of working experience as a Project Manager in construction/building projects
- Understand stages of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling
- Knowledge of legal and safety standards
