✅Interpret specifications, compliances, terms & conditions, drawings and any other documents.
✅Prepare tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response with stakeholders.
✅Prepare presentation slide, technical write up & attendance for tender interview.
✅Propose Value Engineering solution for MEP works.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years’ engineering experience in Building Construction projects
- Experience in tender preparation for building construction projects
- Technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance
- Good cost and resource management.
- Able to collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery
