Responsibilities:
- Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship
- Find sales leads & biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery(technical) teams
- Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
- Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle
- Track and report monthly sales/ revenue figures through regular meetings with management and department team leaders
- Assist in market research and proposals for potential business opportunities, when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Sales, especially in IT Infrastructure (Network, Server & Security)
- Proficient in written Korean language will be preferred in order to liaise with the Korean clients and HQ in Korea on a regular basis
- Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure technology (Network, Server & Storage)
- Possess analytical skills and good in numbers
- Prior experience in contract management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team-player
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision
