Responsibilities:
- Provides direction for IT/OT strategy and operations, optimizing cost, promoting innovation and improving efficiency for IT/OT infrastructure, Applications and Middleware
- Executes long-term vision of technologies and solutions for SEATRIUM’s growing businesses
- Collaborates with other IT/OT leaders in the planning and implementation of technology roadmaps and partners with Function Heads involving prioritisation of projects and resources
- Consolidates various elements of the IT/OT risk management framework, aligning them to SEATRIUM’s overall risk assessment and management framework
- Reviews audit and risk reports and supports efforts to ensure overall regulatory compliance and certification of IT/OT systems
- Ensures that the company's digital assets are protected from unauthorized access. This includes the securing of systems and monitoring various logging systems to detect suspicious activity and mitigating risks before breaches or damage occurs
- Ensures the security requirements are met, including defining the security mode, protocols and standards
- Responds to cyber incidents by collecting, analyzing and preserving digital evidence to assist with the Incident Response team in remediation of critical information security incidents
- Leads, develops and mentors team members to achieve functional objectives
- Sets objectives with the team members, monitor and evaluate their performance, make recommendations or approve and implement actions, such as promotions and corrective action
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in Information and/or Cybersecurity
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT policy development, governance, or related roles
- Professional certifications such as COBIT Foundation, CGEIT, CISA or equivalent are highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL), standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g., CIPA, PDPA)
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Good technical understanding of IT/OT applications, tools, and networks
