Exciting role in the Public Sector related to Talent Management Programmes
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the programme (e.g., Support annual application exercise and onboarding of new participants, maintain contact list, respond to queries from the participants).
- Provide other administrative support for the programme (e.g., Assess eligibility of programmes submitted based on programme rules, maintain and update approved course list, process claims and respond to queries from IHLs and students regarding the programme).
- Support the tracking of programme budget utilisation.
- Provide administrative support for initiatives (e.g., claims processes for enhanced internship and work-study upgrading)
- Product-centric internships and courses for students: Manage end-to-end administration process, including grant applications, claims, feedback forms, KPI tracking.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Looking for:

- Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field of study
- Experienced in grants processing and managing data
- Possess good organisational skills and high attention to detail
