- Basic Salary: Up to $3000 + AWS + VB
- Working hour: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm (After probation will be alt Sat)
- Working Location: Changi

Job Description
- Monitor incoming shipments upon receiving pre-alerts from overseas stations or customers.
- Coordinate and organize air import shipments with contractors to ensure seamless clearance and timely delivery to customers.
- Update and communicate with customers in case of shipment delays.
- Manage shipment surveys and handle cargo claims if necessary.
- Engage with overseas agents in the event of delayed shipments.
- Proficiently declare relevant customs permits.
- Adhere to customers' standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Provide timely responses to emails from customers, suppliers, carriers, and our internal network.
- Prepare cash sale invoices and update billing information for the Accounts department.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma-holder in any field
- Preferably 2 year of working experience in the related field
- Training will be provided
