Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize and execute various social and environmental projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives. Foster relationships with governmental bodies, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Serve as liaison officer for the Singapore Business Unit for communication on the topic of Sustainability.
- Keep abreast with latest regulations and progress in Sustainability.
- Serve as the Sustainability representative in the Singapore Business Unit
- Handle and disseminate ESG data reporting requests from HQ to all territories.
- Collect and analyse data and reported the results to Pigeon Sustainability Committee comprising of all C-suites from each member country.
- Coordinate and host meetings for the SGBU.
- Support Domestic Sales in E-commerce price monitoring, competitor pricing research as well as intellectual property infringements research.
- In the absence of Customer Support Executive, Business Support Executive will support Customer Service department temporarily in enquiries via telephone calls, walk-in, Facebook, corporate website, and emails.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and be a committed team player.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
