Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Consumable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to hospitals and clinics in Singapore. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and training programs to potential customers.
- Conduct product evaluation trials and collect feedback for new product development.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Manage the product lifecycle of all assigned models and SKUs.
- Implement brand management activities, including strategic product positioning and benchmarking.
- Work collaboratively with the manager to develop and launch new products effectively.
- Control project running costs for deals within your assigned account.
- Prepare detailed quarterly reports, including market intelligence, competition analysis, and customer insights.
- Organize and manage assigned seminars and exhibitions.
- Travel throughout Singapore to meet with customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or Science (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in medical consumable sales (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Meticulous follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid Singapore driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
