In view of our retail business expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to join our Singapore new office and support the Southeast Asia and Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Provide department support for Merchandising Team
- Assist in Training Manuals, Competitor Surveys, Trends, Product Suggestions, and any other support as needed
- Generate and assist the periodical reports for sales analysis
- Provide clerical support and assist Merchandising team in all merchandising routine functions
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification. Certificate in a related field will be an added advantage
- Multi-tasking, well-organized, attention to details, data-drive, dedicated, pro-active and being a self-starter
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Highly preferred if the candidate can start from end January 2024 onwards
Internship Commitment
- Internship period: End January 2024 – End July 2024
- Ability to commit on full-time basis is highly preferred
- Alternatively, applicants who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week on part-time basis will also be considered
