Grapevine Consulting is a boutique full-service market research agency with offices in Singapore and Shanghai. Our major markets are Singapore, China and Taiwan, and we also cover the rest of SEA.
We specialise in primary research, where projects are designed based on client needs with Qualitative research (Focus Group Discussions, Interviews) and Quantitative research (Surveys).
We have clients across the public & private sectors, covering areas such as FMCG, Travel, Technology, Finance and more.
Job Scope
As a Research Associate, you will be supporting the team for end-to-end market research engagements with various clients. Your work will involve:
- Designing project methodologies and writing proposals
- Client engagement and project management
- Distilling insights from research
- Developing and presenting reports
What you should have
The soft skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude
- A curious mind
- Ability to work independently and in small teams
- Interest in market research
The hard skills
- Minimally a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
- Comfort in working with numbers
- Flair for storytelling in PowerPoint
- Competency in slicing & dicing data in Excel
