The Technical Operations team is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to Magnite's publisher partners as well as support demand clients and partner DSPs.
In this role you will:
- Provide in-depth technical support to publishers and partners for on all Magnite platforms
- Participate in publisher sales process as requested by the revenue team
- Coordinate with new publisher clients for quick and efficient publisher on-boarding, testing, around and implementation of supply set-up
- Provide proactive recommendations to publishers to maximize revenue achievement on the Magnite platforms
- Provide on-going trouble-shooting and training to clients as needed
- Collate relevant evidence, insights and data to build comprehensive information for the engineers to make adjustments
- Coordinate with the SSP product team client recommendations and priorities to ensure that Magnite’s platform remains best in class and exceeds the needs of our publishers
- Work alongside demand team to identify and troubleshoot buy-side issues and recommending solutions
- Be an integral member of the team, who works towards the common goal of helping our publishers to be successful in the programmatic space, and in turn generating maximum revenue for Magnite
- Maintain and develop internal tools to help automate tasks and simplify reporting
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4+ years digital experience in a technical operations capacity
- Solid grasp of ad-serving/DSP/SSP space
- Good understanding of industry standards, including OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID
- Strong customer service and able to simplify complex technical requirements in writing and verbally
- The ability to train and teach clients
- A commitment to Magnite and client revenue growth
- Experience with development and BI tools preferred
