Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain all the employee database in the Human Resource Information System
- Support all leave and benefits administration, including monthly payroll process
- Assist in Recruitment efforts by coordinating the interview logistics, managing recruitment pipelines and job posting sites.
- Schedule and co-ordinate orientation program for new hires
- Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding checks and processes
- Administrator of Global Learning Management System, keeping track of employee’ training records
- In charge of company’s sponsored training programs and roll out mandatory training programs by the Group
- Support Government agencies and Group survey/reports
- Keep proper filing and housekeeping of all HR documents and records
- In charge of Employee Access Pass and Lockers
- Organize corporate events
- Support Travel arrangements for corporate events and ad-hoc cases when the demand arise
- Verify incoming invoices, liaise with related parties on differentiation, ensure timely submission to Finance
Requirements
- Possess a degree in HR or related field
- Prior 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist
- Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
