Job Description:
1. To perform farm audits, animal production performance assessments, management assessments
2. To provide technical recommendations and training based on farm assessments and audits
3. To consult with farms and feed mills on nutritional design and feed formulation
4. To support the quality assessment and validation of raw materials for feed production
5. To provide training to customers on farm management and feed mill good manufacturing practices
6. To recommend additives or supplements for health or production performance improvements
7. To provide presentations and explanations about scientific basis of products and management
To prepare visit reports and statistics of potential for additives in the regional market
Requirements:
1. Graduation in Veterinary Medicine; PhD in Veterinary or Animal Sciences
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in farm animal management – biosecurity, health and welfare, feeding
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience with non-ruminant nutrition
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience with feed additives in the Asia & Pacific region
5. Skilled nutritionist with expertise in raw material quality, feed formulation and processing
6. English fluency; availability for traveling 50% of working time
