Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  1. The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
  2. The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
  3. Generate and review sales quotations, order processing and invoicing.
  4. Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
  5. Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required.
  6. Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
  7. Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
  8. Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  4. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
