Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior management to assess and enhance company-wide people practices.
- Develop comprehensive strategies spanning talent acquisition, development, organizational culture, and performance management.
- Innovate by designing new people systems, programs, and practices to align with the company's strategic growth, while also reviewing and enhancing existing policies and processes.
- Engage with business leaders to identify key issues and implement customized solutions hands-on.
- Utilize people analytics to inform management decision-making.
- Stay informed on industry benchmarks and best practices in people strategy, operations, and organizational development through ongoing research.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or any relevant course
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in crafting methodologies and frameworks for analyzing complex people-related issues, leading to actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated capabilities in strategic and critical thinking, adept analysis, effective communication, and skilled stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in successfully managing intricate and scalable HR projects.
- Possessing a self-starting, resourceful, and flexible approach, with an independent mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
