We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of our products/services. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control:Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control processes.
Generate reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement improvements.
- Training and Development:Provide training on quality standards and procedures to team members.
Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to quality control requirements.
- Product/Service Testing:Develop and execute testing protocols for products or services.
Collaborate with production or service delivery teams to address quality issues.
- Compliance:Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure the organization’s processes align with relevant quality standards.
- Customer Feedback:Monitor and analyze customer feedback related to quality.
Collaborate with customer support teams to address quality-related concerns.
- Root Cause Analysis:Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Identify and address systemic issues affecting quality.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control into all aspects of operations.
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are met.
